    Olivia grew up in Winston Salem NC. Her constant passion for cultivating a culture of wellness led her to pursue a yoga teacher training. In June of 2017, Olivia completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certification through Duck Village Yoga.

    Lisa received her 200hr teacher training certification here on the Outer Banks from the Amalam School of Yoga in 2013. She has been instructing yoga since and has been lucky enough to practice with and learn from a beautiful mix of local instructors. Being affected and touched in some way by the many different styles of yoga her classes offer a unique blend of what has resonated with her from personal experience.

    Brooke found a passion for massage therapy after working as a receptionist at a beautiful resort in New Zealand. It was one of her callings and she followed it by moving to Wilmington, NC. She attended Miller-Motte College and graduated with her certification in massage therapy and bodywork.

    Laura took her first Ashtanga yoga class in September 2015 and quickly fell in love with the practice and all aspects of the eight limbs path of conscious living. She completed her 200 RYT training in May of 2016 at 8 Limbs Yoga in St Augustine, FL from authorized Ashtanga teachers under the Pattabhi Jois lineage (an authentic and traditional style of teaching and practicing). Laura believes this practice can help heal physically and emotionally while also helping students find personal empowerment and growth. Laura also has a BA in graphic design. Laura is passionate about living a holistic lifestyle, loves the outdoors, astrology, soccer, traveling and design. When not working or doing yoga, you can catch Laura practicing inversions and doing DIY projects at home.

    Debra Lee believes in a healing therapeutic individualized massage. She has been practicing massage therapy for over 11 years. She gained her initial certification in Richmond, Virginia and proceeded to study in Colorado and North Carolina. Among her favorite modalities she offers are Thai massage, reflexology, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, trigger point therapy, and aromatherapy. She has a prenatal certification and ample continued studies in Thai massage, Thai healing saunas, teas and compresses. Her favorite areas of the body to work are head neck feet and hips. One of the things she loves most about massage is making sure her clients needs are met whether they would like to relax and fall asleep or have knots addressed in the session she is happy to adjust accordingly.
    Debra Lee’s background is in dance and yoga. She also received her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Denver Colorado.When Debra Lee is not massaging, you can find her in Virginia Beach spending time with her proudest accomplishments, her children. She enjoys yoga, running, surfing, cooking, gardening and sunshine.
